The school has guidance & Counselling cell to tackle academic & behavioural problems of students. Full time, experienced and well qualified counseller has been appointed in the school for the purpose.
This cell also helps the students to develop appropriate interviewing skills, to cope with interpersonal relationship and crisis management and to make the right choice for future career. If need is felt by the counsellor to interact with parents to seek their cooperation to provide better solutions, parents are called in school to discuss the matter.
Medicare, including Sick Room for use of the students suddenly falling sick during school hours, is ensured.
Well experienced and qualified doctors are on the panel of the school, who are immediately contacted for extending medicare.
Medical checkup of the students is done annually.
The students are motivated towards nutritious food covering fibres, salad, sprouted grains, grams etc. so that they remain physically fit . For this purpose, we seek co-operation of our Naturopathy Centre whose doctors take sessions on this issue and also provide the material to the students.
In case of emergency, the doctor on the panel of the school, immediately attend the students. School also arranges for regular periodical medical check-ups by specialists in ENT, ophthalmology, paediatrics and dental diseases. Parents are informed, if doctors find that a child needs special medical attention. A health card of child showing height and weight progress is also maintained.
Travelling is an important part of human life and an effective educational tool. So we have made travelling an integral part of the teaching and learning process as it exposes an individual to 'real life' situation and we understand that this kind of learning leaves a lasting impression on an individual. In order to enrich the intellectual and behavioural base and world view of our children, we expose them to adventures, discoveries and experiences of outside world.
Students, the future citizens of the nation, are familiarized with outside world by taking them to museums, factories, temples, villages & zoos etc.
To help the students admire and imbibe the beauty & historical importance offered by our rich heterogeneous culture, they are taken for excursions & picnics to various places of the country.
Educational tours are also carried out in various places of the nation so that the students capture practical knowledge.
